- 4 Kiwi Fruits, peeled and sliced
- 1 Ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 4 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and cubed
- 3 Spring mint, shredded
- Dressing (mixed well)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1,5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1,5 tbsp sugar
- 0,5 tsp salt
1.Place kiwi fruits, mango, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl
2.Combine dressing with fruits and toss gently. Top with mint and serve
